This webinar will provide an overview of the current trends in private equity and health system acquisitions of physician practices and Fair Market Value considerations before the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the speakers will address what is currently happening with private equity and what the future of private equity may entail after the Covid-19 pandemic. Lastly, the panelist will address hot button issues including a discussion of various structural, regulatory, and business challenges and Fair Market Value considerations with different types of buyers and sellers.
